IMPORTANT:
This tour has a minimum requirement of 3 (three) people. If by 10:00 (10 a.m.) the same day there's not enough participants, the tour will be cancelled. In this case you'll be contacted and offered to reschedule tour to another day, alternatively you'll get the full refund.

Please be ready 5-10 minutes before your assigned time - unfortunately guide will not have time to wait for you if you're late.
Free pick-up from your hotel is available by request: specify your pick-up request in "Messages or requests" field during booking.
PICK-UP INFORMATION
1. You can request free pick-up:
Ensure a smooth pick-up by specifying your location in the "Messages or requests" field during booking. If not, the default pick-up is at Leknes Bus Station.
2. Duration Variations:
Tour duration may vary based on pick-up location, but lasts a minimum of 3 hours, with the main part commencing once the entire group is assembled.
3. Weather Considerations:
Weather or other circumstances may prompt a change in pick-up location. In such cases, you'll be contacted to arrange an alternative location, reschedule, or receive a full refund.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
From the guest side: Tour can be cancelled up to 36 hours before estimated departure time with full refund. If cancelled up to 24 hours before estimated departure time, the 50% refund will follow. For cancellations within 24 hours prior departure time no refund will follow.
Arctic Guide Service has a right to cancel tour due to bad weather conditions or lack of participants. In this case you'll be contacted and offered to reschedule tour, alternatively you'll get the full refund.

Please note that Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomena and we can't garantee that we get to see it. However if that happens that you don't get too see the northern lights, feel free to contact us and we'll try to rebook you for another day for free if we have availibility.
What to bring
You should dress well and be prepared to spend some times outside. We recommend to dress in several layers, have gloves, hat and scarf with you. Opt for the shoes that are least slippery.
If you're interested in photography, take your camera with you or charge your phone well. Guide can always help you with settings.
