From the guest’s side

• Cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the agreed price and fees will be charged.
• No-show: If the group fails to appear without prior notice, 100% of the agreed price and fees will be charged.

• Cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions: Full refund or alternative date offered.
• All hikes are weather dependent. Your guide may adjust the route, change the starting point, or cancel if conditions are unsafe. Your safety is our priority.
